|Recommended: NoWalls are thin — I recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. The property itself is wonderful, and the leasing staff-especially Chelsea has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin. Other than that, it’s a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesArchitectural Masterpiece — So you have heard of the 7 wonders of the world , well now there are 8, Luxe Fishtown. The Luxe was designed with such intention and purpose it defies logic. Every detail has been addressed in the most extra way. I moved from a 2500SF condo to a 700SF one bedroom with 30,000SF of amenities. That's right 30,000SF. Construction is solid with each building complementing the other with amenities on each side. The interiors are a maze of brilliance. With stairwells and elevators leading to secret corridors and roof decks and access zones. Perhaps you are familair with MC Escher the famous sketch artist. His most famous painting is Relativity and the Luxe reflects every aspect of this monumental masterpiece.

I take the stairwells frequently and sometimes forget where they lead. Always a mystery to be mastered. Apartments a modern with great fixtures cool blue finishes, counter-tops, electric range, sinks, bathroom electric mirror, sunlite, I mean I could go on forever...Amenities include Italian-based furniture which is top of the line.
The Media room has a full computerized driving range, with bar and TV. Always some golfers there.
OK, the Co-working space. Cmon now, wins best co-working space in the Delaware Valley. I dare you to show me a co-working space with a better design. Look two 2 full sized conference rooms with large tables and tv for presentations , all enclosed with glass doors and modern lighting. And the furniture, all Hi- end Italian with perfect taste. Whoever interior-designed this has an incredible taste. Then of course 2 private work rooms with doors ,, of course the doors have to be totally replaced as you can hear all conversations coming out of them. Also note, sharing printer with a coffee stand. Geez and I'm just getting warmed up.
Take the gym , 2 floors with yoga room on 2nd floor compete with full sauna room, bathroom and shower. Are you kidding me. on the first floor a full array of workout equipment including one of the most extensive dumbbell sets I have ever witnessed. I mean even better than Lifetime Fitness which is the greatest fitness club in the Universe. Also treadmills with full video program, I ran 2 miles on a Kenyan beach. and then a Rock climbing wall.
Look I can on and on, maybe you just need to interview me.
|Recommended: YesTrash can — overall, i enjoy living here but please, i’m begging to add a trash can in our lobbies. the elevators usually always smell like piss as well

|Recommended: YesOne month update — I'm happy with my unit so far. However, my upstairs neighbor stomps a lot and nextdoor neighbor plays music loudly for hours sometimes, so I have to wear headphones all the time.
|Recommended: YesNikhita Balabbigari — Just moved in - very easy move in and the staff has been super accommodating and responsive.
|Recommended: YesProperty — Love the apartment and building amenities. Very nice layout. Upstairs neighbor stomps around at all hours and the noise is not muffled at all. Also windows do a poor job of blocking street noises. Construction left a fair amount of paint grout on the floors that have had to be scrubbed up. Overall happy with the apartment, just really wish the walls floors windows all did a better job at blocking the noise out.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments in a Prime Locatiob — I love my apartment and the small details like the backlit bathroom mirror, dimmer switch on the second set of lights in my studio and a fully “hidden” fridge. My reason for moving was because I spend so much time in the area and the location has yet to disappoint.
|Recommended: YesApartment Readiness — I have recently moved in and I am a fan of the complex especially the amenities. However, there have been some problems with the apartment. For example, it was not clean when I moved in. Windows are dirty, dust all over the floors, mirrors smeared etc. Additionally, the hot water was not turned on and I haven’t been able to get maintenance out here yet to fix it.
However, the property assistance and communication has been great.
